Photos tell the truth faster than any claim we could make. A tide mark is the line water leaves on a wall, and it is the first thing our technicians look for on every job. Below are a few representative projects from homes across Fresno. The addresses stay private. The work speaks for itself.

Recent Transformations
Water Damage Restoration: Second-Story Supply Line Break, Woodward Park
Before
AfterA braided supply line behind a second-story bathroom sink failed overnight and ran for nearly four hours before anyone woke up. Water found its way through the floor assembly and saturated the ceiling below. We dried the joist cavities with Injectidry equipment hung inside the ceiling itself, then repaired the drywall and sealed with a stain-blocking primer before repainting. The homeowner kept their crown molding and about 60 percent of the existing drywall, which mattered on a ceiling that had been hand-textured.
Mold Remediation: Bathroom Exhaust Vent Failure, Tower District
Before
AfterThis 1920s Tower District bungalow had a bathroom vent that vented into the attic, not through the roof. Every shower pushed warm, humid air into a closed space. Mold grew along the ceiling joists and down one interior wall. We removed the affected drywall and insulation under containment, HEPA-vacuumed the framing, and applied an antimicrobial treatment. The wall was rebuilt and the vent rerouted through the roof deck. Mold remediation hinges on fixing the moisture source first, and that is exactly what we did before any rebuilding started.
Fire Damage Restoration: Kitchen Grease Fire, Sunnyside
Before
AfterA grease fire in a Sunnyside kitchen got knocked down fast, but smoke had already carried through the whole house. Soot clung to walls three rooms away, and the smell sat in every fabric surface. We cleaned the structure room by room, ran air scrubbers with carbon filtration, and wrote a detailed scope for the cabinet and countertop rebuild before any demolition started. The family had two small children, so we chose low-VOC sealers and kept the work contained to one side of the house while the other stayed livable.
Water Damage Restoration: Washing Machine Hose Failure, Clovis Adjacent

A rubber washing machine hose gave out while the homeowner was at work, dumping water across the laundry room, through a shared wall, and into a bedroom. Baseboards and lower drywall in two rooms had to come out. We dried the wall cavities with Phoenix axial fans and a Dri-Eaz dehumidifier running for three days, monitoring moisture levels until the readings matched dry building standards. New baseboards, fresh paint, and a pair of braided stainless hoses were part of the write-up before we started. The homeowner saw the final number on paper first, and that was the number on the invoice.
Mold Remediation: Crawl Space Humidity, Old Fig Garden

Old Fig Garden homes sit low and tight, and this one had a crawl space with no vapor barrier and a disconnected dryer vent. Years of warm exhaust air met cool joist surfaces, and mold took hold along the underside of the floor system. We installed containment, removed the contaminated insulation, treated the joists, and laid down a new 10-mil vapor barrier. The crawl space went from damp and musty to dry enough that the homeowner could pull a box back out of a closet and not smell it.
Fire Damage Restoration: Electrical Panel Arc, Fresno High

An arc in an aging panel charred the wall behind it and sent smoke through the hallway and two bedrooms. The fire was contained before flames spread, but the smoke did what smoke does: it went everywhere. We sealed off the utility room, replaced the damaged drywall, and cleaned every hard surface in the affected rooms. Our crew wore respirators through the demo phase, and we did not run any electrical work ourselves. We coordinated directly with the homeowner’s licensed electrician so the panel replacement and the restoration fit together without leaving open walls for days.
